These terms apply to purchases from orhanerla.com, operated by Or HaNer LA, Los Angeles, California. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our pieces

• Every piece is designed in our Los Angeles studio and made to order with 3D-printing technology, from light, high-quality materials such as PLA. They are not made of concrete.
• Because each piece is made individually, small variations in color, texture and finish from the photos are natural and part of the piece.
• Our netilat yadayim cups and Kiddush cup are made for everyday use. All other pieces are decorative. Clean with a damp cloth; not dishwasher safe; keep away from high heat and open flame.
• Kosher mezuzah scrolls are hand-written by certified scribes and come with a certificate.

Engraving & personalization

We engrave exactly the text you enter, as entered — please check spelling, names and dates (including Hebrew dates) before ordering. The engraving preview on the site is an illustration; the final placement may differ slightly.

Orders, prices & payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars, and in Israeli shekels for visitors in Israel. You pay in the currency shown at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
• Sale prices, discount codes and offers apply as described on the site and until their stated end date. Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined.
• If there is a pricing error or we are unable to make an order, we will contact you before it goes further.

Production & shipping

• Preparation and delivery take up to 14 business days from your order. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers and holidays; we are closed on Shabbat and Jewish holidays.
• We ship within the United States and to Israel. Shipping costs and free-shipping thresholds are shown on the site and at checkout.
• You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships, and you can check your order status on the site with your order number and email.
• Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.

Gift cards

A gift card is a single-use code for its value, sent right after payment. It does not expire, can be used on orhanerla.com purchases, and is not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

Your photos & reviews

If you send us a photo or review, you confirm it is yours and give Or HaNer permission to show it on our website and social media with your first name and city. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Liability & law

To the extent permitted by law, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
